4 cans whole kernel yellow corn Equal quantity of chopped fresh cabbage 1 bunch celery, cut fine 1 lg. onion 6 green peppers 3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. salt (may be reduced) 2 tsp. celery seed 2 tsp. mustard seed 2 tsp. fine ground mustard 1/2 gal. vinegar 1 lg. can pimento 4 pt. canning jars Boil all ingredients together for 30-45 minutes. Seal while hot. |
