"OFF THE SHELF" MARMALADE | |
1 lb. dried apricots, ground and soaked overnight in 2 c. water 1 lg. can crushed pineapple Juice from 1 lemon 4 lb. sugar 1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, cut up (optional) To apricots and water, add pineapple, lemon juice, sugar and cherries, if desired. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Place in hot jars and seal. |
