BLUEBERRY NUT BREAD 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. water
1 c. fresh or dry pack blueberries
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Blend dry ingredients in small bowl; set aside. Blend sugar, shortening and water until well mixed. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Then add blueberries and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour or until done.
