LEMON BLUEBERRY NUT BREAD 
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. walnuts

Beat butter, sugar and juice; add eggs. Sift together powder, flour and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, stir just enough to blend. By hand stir in berries, lemon rind and nuts.

Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool and store in refrigerator.
