SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
1/2 box Jiffy corn bread or muffin mix
3 eggs, beaten
Sm. onion
1/4 c. butter
Cheddar cheese or sour cream

Saute the onion in 1/4 cup butter. Combine all the ingredients together and top with cheddar cheese or sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
