3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first seven ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add boiling water. Beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes in a greased and floured 13x11 inch pan. Frost with your favorite icing.
