STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM JELLO | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry-banana Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries 2 to 3 lg. bananas 1 c. sour cream 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple In large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add thawed strawberries, pineapple, and diced bananas. Mix well. Pour half mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass dish. (Let remaining stand out of refrigerator.) Put first half in refrigerator until firm. Remove from refrigerator; spread with sour cream. Pour remaining mixture over top. Return to refrigerator; chill until firm. Can be used as salad or dessert. |
