MACARONI SALAD | |
8 oz. macaroni 3/4 c. Kraft Italian low calorie dressing 3/4 c. chopped carrots 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. grated cheese (your choice) 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream celery seed seasoned salt pepper Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and marinate at least overnight in Italian dressing. Add vegetables and cheese. Mix with sour cream and seasonings to taste. Refrigerate. Keeps well up to a week or ten days. Flavor improves with age. |
