MOM'S MACARONI SALAD 
1 box elbow macaroni
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley

Cook macaroni; drain well. Add parsley, eggs, onion and celery.

Dressing:

1 pt. mayo
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. mustard
1 can evaporated milk

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add to macaroni mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour.
