MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. dry macaroni
2 to 3 carrots, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced

Dressing:

1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. vinegar (white)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water; let drain dry. Add carrots, celery and onion.

Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over macaroni and mix well. Chill before serving.
