This macaroni salad is great! The "dressing" makes it, and it doesn't "dry" out. (I didn't use green pepper.) I've made it twice since I found this recipe!!

I love this! I didn't have any Mayo on hand, so I put it on the top of my grocery list. Well after 45 minutes at the grocery store & $30 later, I came home & realized I still didn't have any Mayo. Daughter to the rescue-she had about 1 cup on hand, so I used 1 Cup Mayo & 1 Cup Miracle Whip-tastes great & no one but my daughter & I know about the change!

Made with standard macaroni, didn't have spiral, Ended with using 2 pounds of macaroni. WAY, WAY too much dressing for the one pound in the recipe. Dressing a little too sweet but just about what I was looking for; will make again without the sugar. Overall this is a great recipe but just needs a little tweaking - secret is the sweetened condensed milk.
