CLASSIC MACARONI SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped green or sweet red pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion

In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth. Add macaroni, celery, green pepper and onion; toss to coat well. Cover; chill.

Makes 5 cups.
