NORTH CAROLINA MACARONI SALAD 
A:

1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 large red onion
1 large bell pepper
4 medium carrots, shredded

Mix macaroni with the onion, bell pepper and carrots.

B:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients.

Combine ingredients of A and B and chill overnight.

Serves 20 to 25 people.
