MACARONI SALAD 
2 lbs. shell macaroni, cooked & cooled
1 c. shredded green pepper
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded celery or 2 tsp. celery seed (I use both)

DRESSING:

2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Mix dressing with macaroni and vegetables. Best if refrigerated overnight. (Makes a big bowl.)
