SMALL GINGERBREAD 
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening, melted
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
Pinch salt
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins

Mix in order given, sifting dry ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 8 inch square pan.
