SHORT CUT CABBAGE ROLLS 
4 c. cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
3 tbsp. instant onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can kraut, drained
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. water

Spread cabbage in casserole dish. Mix next 6 items together; spread over cabbage. Put kraut over meat mixture. Mix tomato paste and water; pour over. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
