FIG SAUCE 
2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. diced figs
Honey

In a saucepan combine cornstarch and lemon juice. Gradually stir in pineapple juice and salt. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in figs and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and add honey. Serve with a pork roast or meat loaf.
