EVERLASTING APPLE MUFFINS 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. chopped nuts
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 c. applesauce

Cream butter. Blend in sugar and eggs. Add cinnamon, soda, allspice and salt. Mix well. Add flour, applesauce and nuts; mix well.

Fill muffin liners 1/2 full. Microwave 2 minutes on high or bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Note: This batter will keep up to six weeks in the refrigerator and can be used as needed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
