BROCCOLI AND RICE 
1 stick butter
10-oz. broccoli, thawed
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
1 c. minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8-oz. Velveeta cheese

In a skillet, melt butter and add chopped onions and celery. Cook slowly until slightly browned. In baking dish, put in mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Mix well. Add broccoli and rice. Mix well. Add onions and celery and slices of Velveeta cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
