SMOKED BEEF SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT
AND POTATOES
 
2 lbs. smoked beef sausage
1 lg. can sauerkraut, rinsed under cold water
1 sm. onion
Salt & coarse black pepper to taste
Water
6 potatoes, peeled & cut in half

Cover sausage with water, add onion and cook about 30 minutes. Add sauerkraut and cook another 30 minutes. Add potatoes and cook additional 30 minutes until done.

This is a good one-dish meal served with Corn Bread Muffins (made from recipe on Corn Bread box) and sliced tomatoes.
