BEEF SUMMER SAUSAGE | |
2 lbs. ground meat 1 c. water 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. liquid smoke 2 tsp. Morton Tender Quick Salt Pepper to taste Mix well and leave overnight in refrigerator (covered). Divide in 4 sections (shape into 3x6 rolls). Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight again. Bake at 300 degrees for one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes. Bake on open rack so logs can drip. Logs will be red when done. Freezes well. |
