PORK CHOP SURPRISE 
Pork chops
Salt
Lemon slice or lemon juice
Onion slices
Brown sugar
Catsup

Trim fat from pork chops and place in baking pan. Salt well. Top each chop with a lemon slice and onion slice. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar. Pour 1 tablespoon catsup over each chop; cover and bake for 1/2 hour at 300-325 degrees. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer; baste occasionally.
