MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
Dash of salt
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Miniature marshmallows

Melt butter and cocoa together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle handful of miniature marshmallows on warm cake and frost while hot.

FROSTING:

1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. whole milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. soft butter

Combine ingredients and spread on hot cake.
