LIME AND PEAR MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 cans pears (or 1 lg.), reserve liquid
2 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. ginger

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 1 cup pear juice. When partially set, take half the Jello and whip well. Continue whipping and add the cream cheese. Add the ginger to this mixture. Put one layer of cream cheese mixture into a 9 inch square pan. Let chill and set in refrigerator. Now add the plain Jello in which the pears have been sliced Let set and put the rest of the cream mixture on top. Serves 6. Particularly festive at Christmas.
