1 c. pear juice
1 c. cold water
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 med. can pears
1 sm. pkg. dessert topping mix (Dream Whip), made according to pkg. directions
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese

Heat pear juice and cold water with gelatin; cool and partially congeal. Whip cream; fold in cream cheese. Mash pears (or you can blend pears and cheese in your blender for a smoother salad). Add to cooled mixture. Fold all together. Chill until firm. Makes a pretty Jello mold.
