LIME PEAR JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
1 can pears
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream

Drain the juice from the pears and use with water to make 2 cups of liquid. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling liquid and add cream cheese to melt. Then add the other cup of liquid. When cool, add pears. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate. Cherries may be added for color. One tablespoon mint flavoring may be added for a different taste.
