PASTA SALADVENTURE 
1 lb. multicolored, spiral-shaped fusilli, cooked
1 tomato, sliced
1 sm. red onion, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1/4 lb. salami, cut into sticks
1 sm. zucchini, sliced and steamed
1 sm. yellow squash, sliced and steamed
2 oz. black olives
Romaine lettuce

On a bed of Romaine lettuce, arrange the fusilli pasta and other ingredients. Use the black olives as a garnish and pass the dressing separately. Serves 4.
