PAPRIKA BAKED CARP 
2 lb. carp
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Place cleaned fish in buttered baking dish. Top with sliced onions. Blend paprika seasoning and sour cream. Pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste frequently with melted butter.
