CHEESY POTATOES 
1 c. melted butter
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. pepper
Dash dry mustard

Melt butter and pour 1/2 into 9x13 inch dish. Toss crushed corn flakes with other 1/2 cup butter. Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into pan. Put crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
