1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 or 4 ripe bananas

Mix the soda with flour and sugar. Mash the bananas. Add soft butter; beat all together. Add vanilla and eggs; beat. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Warm cream cheese in microwave. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla; beat. Add chopped nuts.
