LUMPIA SHANGHAI (Philippines) 
Lumpia wrappers
1/4 kilo ground pork
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1 c. flour or more
2 eggs
Seasoning - pepper, salt, green lemons

Cube carrots, onions and celery. Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients. Roll up in lumpia wrappers and fry in hot oil.
