LUMPIA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. grated carrot
1 sm. diced onion
1/4 c. green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. lumpia wrappers
Oil for deep fry

Mix all above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cut lumpia wrappers in half. In each wrapper; add about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture and roll.

Put in freezer until ready to deep fry.
