CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
dash of pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. peas
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

White Sauce:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Make white sauce. Stir in seasonings and mayo. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
