2 c. Quaker oats 1/2 c. melted butter 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. sunflower seeds 1/4 tsp. onion or garlic salt Bake in ungreased pan in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 15 to 18 minutes. Stir once. Cool. Store in jar tightly covered in refrigerator. Great as a topping for salads or hot vegetables. |
