TEXAS CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated Cheddar
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350-375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
