VANILLA ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 (12 oz.) cans milnot
1/4 c. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. milk

Beat eggs at high speed until lemon colored. Add sugar gradually and continue to beat at medium speed until thick. Cook only to cook egg mixture to pudding stage. Add milk, vanilla, lemon extract, salt and milk to fill freezer can to proper level. Best freezing (8 parts ice to 1 part ice cream salt).
