1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each: pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt, garlic salt and onion salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix thoroughly the hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt, garlic salt, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Form into a meat loaf. Top with piquant sauce.

Piquant Sauce:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and dry mustard; top meat loaf.

Bake at 350°F approximately 1 hour.
