SNAPPER VERA CRUZ | |
1 1/2 lb. red snapper 1 jar salsa (8 oz.) 2 tomatoes 2 celery stalks 1 bell pepper 1 red pepper 1/2 onion, chopped 2 tsp. butter 1/2 c. flour (optional) Pam may be sprayed on teflon pan instead of using butter. Dip fish in flour, cook on medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Turn fish over and add chopped tomatoes, celery, peppers and onion. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 minutes more. Serve over bed of rice with a tossed salad. |
