SOUR DOUGH PANCAKES | |
1 c. starter 1 to 1 1/4 c. milk or buttermilk 2 eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cooking oil Mix well. Cook in a hot griddle. Sour dough starter mix, let stand until it foams and absorbs yeast and sugar. Add 1 1/2 cup flour and mix well. Cover lightly and leave on counter several days, stirring once a day. Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator. |
