VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled

Mix first five (5) ingredients well. Mix crackers and butter and put 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish and pour in vegetable mix. Put rest of crackers on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
