VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into casserole. Then top with the crackers mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
