CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lg. pkg. boneless steak meat, cut into strips
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. tomato, cut into strips
1 lg. green pepper, cut into strips
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown meat. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce. Add onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle MSG (seasoning salt). Add 2 cups water or beef broth. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with a little water and thicken mixture. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
