MICROWAVE LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. ground beef
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (mixed with 1 egg and 1/2 tsp. pepper)
1/2 lb. thin sliced Mozzarella cheese

Cook beef in microwave on high 3 minutes. Break up meat with fork and drain off fat. Pour spaghetti sauce over meat, along with 1/2 cup water to rinse out jar. Put meat sauce in bottom of dish, cover with 3 dry lasagne noodles. Put cottage cheese mixture on top, then Mozzarella cheese, then repeat, ending with meat sauce on top. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with Saran wrap. Microwave on high 8 minutes. Turn dish around and microwave on medium low 32 minutes.

Let it set 15 minutes before cutting. Put strips of aluminum foil along edges to keep from getting hard. (Use 12 x 8 inch Pyrex dish.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
