PINK CLOUD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. crushed peppermint candy
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped (2 c.)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Chill until partially set. Fold in candy, then whipped cream. Spoon into 6 cup mold and chill until set. Unmold on serving plate and top with chocolate sauce.
