BROCCOLI & CHEESE 
4 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 stick butter, melted
1 stick of Ritz crackers

Cook frozen chopped broccoli in steamer 8 minutes; drain well and place in 9 x 13 inch casserole sprayed with a little Pam. On top of that add cubed Velveeta cheese. Add one stick of Ritz crackers, crushed. Melt 1/4 stick of butter, pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
