CONGO BARS 
3 eggs
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 box brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Melt butter in large pot. Add brown sugar and let cool. To this, add flour, baking powder and salt. Then add eggs. Mix with mixer. Add chocolate chips and nuts (I use pecans). Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
