SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
6 to 7 lbs. ground beef
3 med. onions
3 c. celery
7 bell peppers
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
3 cans tomato paste
1 can mushroom soup
4 cans tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 pkgs. mushroom spaghetti sauce mix
3 1/2 c. water
5 cloves garlic or may sub. garlic salt or powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
May add 3/4 tsp. oregano
May add 3 bay leaves (remove these)

Brown meat and set aside. Brown onions, celery, bell pepper. Add remaining ingredients and meat. Let this come to a boil and turn heat to low and cook for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 30. This sauce freezes well.
