CINNAMON COOKIES | |
2 boxes Betty Crocker pie crust 1/4 lb. stick softened butter 1 c. ice cold water Jar with sugar and cinnamon mixed (1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cinnamon) Stir ice water into pie crust until blended. Divide into 3 balls of dough. Roll out one ball at a time on floured surface until thin. Spread softened butter all over surface. Sprinkle a good amount of sugar-cinnamon mixture over it. Cut circle in half. Roll circle loosely. Cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces. Repeat process with other two balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown. Cool on open cake rack 1 hour. |
