OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
6 qts. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil together brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon butter flavoring; stir well. (Will foam up.) Pour over popped corn and mix. Bake, uncovered 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Cover immediately and stir every 4 minutes until it stops sticking.
