OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil first four ingredients together for 5 minutes. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Stir well. Pour over 6 quarts popped popcorn with peanuts added. Put in pan and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
